Christina Andrews

Christina has an Associate’s degree in Nursing and is pursuing her Bachelor’s at this time. In addition to her nursing training, Christina has a certificate in Counseling and Care in HIV/AIDS from Stella Marie Polytechnic.

Maternal Health in Old Road

Christina has partnered with the Hydro Clinic to provide additional services for high-risk expectant mothers in the Gardnerville neighborhood of Monrovia. She will provide home visits for patients, monitor their progress, and escort them to clinic visits and for HIV testing if they consent. She will provide pre- and post-test HIV counseling, as well as counseling about labor and delivery, diet and nutrition, and breastfeeding. She will also remind them of upcoming visits and provide them with emergency transportation to the clinic if needed.
